Just guessing from this photo, that you may have had one or two electrical “code” issues? Not to mention the open vent pipe in the lower right corner being just a tad close to an outside opening?
Electrical is an issue! We are fixing it. The pipe you see is a drain pipe for the new plumbing in the kitchen. We have the plumbers on hold for the moment because of all the wall problems. 😉

Ah, sorry, I mistook it for something else… Up here, I’m used to seeing black ABS plumbing pipe.
