Means the moisture is coming from inside, not out (or soaking up from underneath – not above from the roof)
If nothing else, at least you’ll be gaining interior space, once all of these moisture attracting layers are gone: )
Which begs the question: Why is it so wet on the inside? I am guessing, but I think it was because previously there wasn’t a moisture barrier under the house (we have had one installed) and because their was no ventilation for the stove, or the bathroom for that matter, and we intend to do that as well.
