Rita, the funny thing is, I didn’t notice until the next morning. A bit of drying on the counter overnight really brought out his features!

He even has my swollen squinty eye from lymph node back up. Amazing.
I knew onions could make us cry but I didn’t know that we could make onions cry.
Thankfully, Tom, we don’t get to see their suffering often. Otherwise we would miss all the benefits of eating them!
